Great place with a wide range of products and accesories. Staff is very knowledgable and amazingly helpful. They spent so many hours helping my son selecting parts and troubleshooting of his project.

This is the first scale model that I have bought from Hearns Hobbies or The Hobbyman and I am impressed. Their prices are very competitive, roughly the same as other hobby suppliers that I have previously used, but their customer service is exceptional and in this instance superior to their competitors. I can’t wait to start building this model and look forward to placing further orders with Hearns.

Brought a wooden ship model opened the unsealed box in the car looked at it, saw the ship hull was one piece and was nothing like what we thought it would be wasn't happy with it, put the sealed bags back in the unsealed box, walked back into the store explained why we wanted a refund, less than 10mins from purchase and they wouldn't give a refund, would only give store credit. Really not happy. Taking my business to Metro Hobbies from now on at least their refund policy cares about their customers

Super awesome store! All the things you need and way more you didn’t realise you did… The staff know there stuff and are very happy to help. If I had one complaint it is that I always leave with more than I came for….. first world problems
